  Mark Kan MD is the director of the Newport Fertility Center, providing fertility treatment in Newport Beach. Dr. Kan is a Board-Certified, Cornell-trained IVF specialist. He completed 4 years of residency and a 3-year fellowship at Cornell University in New York specializing in In-Vitro Fertilization and other fertility treatments. Dr. Kan has been in the field of reproductive medicine for over 10 years and has managed thousands of IVF and fertility cycles. Before serving at our Orange County infertility clinic, he previously served as the Director for the IVF and Donor Egg program at the University of Washington Fertility and Endocrine Center. He has authored many scientific journal articles and has received numerous awards for his presentations on IVF techniques at national meetings of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. As an Orange County fertility doctor, Dr. Kan also volunteers as a teaching faculty member at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Kan is double Board-Certified Southern California fertility doctor with certification in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Kan is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
